Semi-Supervised Learning with Generative Adversarial Networks
نویسنده
چکیده
We extend Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to the semi-supervised context by forcing the discriminator network to output class labels. We train a generative model G and a discriminator D on a dataset with inputs belonging to one of N classes. At training time, D is made to predict which of N+1 classes the input belongs to, where an extra class is added to correspond to the outputs of G. We show that this method can be used to create a more data-efficient classifier and that it allows for generating higher quality samples than a regular GAN.

Semi-Supervised Learning for Optical Flow with Generative Adversarial Networks Supplementary Material
In this supplementary document, we present additional results to complement the paper. First, we provide the detailed configurations and parameters of the generator and discriminator in the proposed Generative Adversarial Network. Second, we present the qualitative comparisons with the state-ofthe-art CNN-based optical flow methods. The complete results and source code are publicly available on...
متن کاملSemi-Supervised Learning with Context-Conditional Generative Adversarial Networks
We introduce a simple semi-supervised learning approach for images based on in-painting using an adversarial loss. Images with random patches removed are presented to a generator whose task is to fill in the hole, based on the surrounding pixels. The in-painted images are then presented to a discriminator network that judges if they are real (unaltered training images) or not. This task acts as...
متن کاملLearning Loss Functions for Semi-supervised Learning via Discriminative Adversarial Networks
We propose discriminative adversarial networks (DAN) for semi-supervised learning and loss function learning. Our DAN approach builds upon generative adversarial networks (GANs) and conditional GANs but includes the key differentiator of using two discriminators instead of a generator and a discriminator. DAN can be seen as a framework to learn loss functions for predictors that also implements...
متن کاملSemi-Supervised Learning for Optical Flow with Generative Adversarial Networks
Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have recently been applied to the optical flow estimation problem. As training the CNNs requires sufficiently large amounts of labeled data, existing approaches resort to synthetic, unrealistic datasets. On the other hand, unsupervised methods are capable of leveraging real-world videos for training where the ground truth flow fields are not available. These...
متن کاملCrowd Counting With Minimal Data Using Generative Adversarial Networks For Multiple Target Regression
In this work, we use a generative adversarial network (GAN) to train crowd counting networks using minimal data. We describe how GAN objectives can be modified to allow for the use of unlabeled data to benefit inference training in semi-supervised learning. More generally, we explain how these same methods can be used in more generic multiple regression target semi-supervised learning, with cro...
